Last updated: 13 July 2026. Draft — subject to legal review.
These terms govern your use of the BastionTrail app and website. By installing or using it, you agree to them. If you install for an organization, you represent that you may bind it.
BastionTrail links Git activity to Jira issues and produces an audit trail. It is distributed through the Atlassian Marketplace and runs partly on Atlassian Forge and partly on our backend.
You are responsible for configuring your Git webhooks, keeping your webhook secret confidential, the accuracy of the data your Git server sends, and complying with your policies and applicable law.
Do not misuse or disrupt the service, reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows, or use it to violate any third party's rights. We may suspend access for violations.
Paid plans are billed per Jira user through the Atlassian Marketplace, under Atlassian's billing terms. Free tiers and trials are as described on our pricing page and may change with notice.
Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms and post changes here. You may stop using the service by uninstalling the app; we may suspend or discontinue it with reasonable notice.
